  1. I have been to quite a few classes and have thoroughly enjoyed every one. I am totally hooked on zumba, I love the music and the routines, you don't feel like you're at an exercise class you're just having fun. It's not until you collapse on the sofa after class that you realise you have had a really good workout. I used to go to the gym but got so bored I can't imagine getting bored of zumba. My fitness level has increased a lot which I'm really pleased about I just need to work on loosing the extra pounds around my middle. We did an abs routine in class once could we do it again??
    Keep up the good work exercising has never been such funx

  2. I have only done 2 of your classes so far but am having such good fun and can't wait until I know all the moves of your Tuesday classs so that I can move on to your next level. It is such good fun and engergetic that I am still buzzing and moving for the rest of the week and can't wail for my next lesson. I never thought that exercise could be such good fun!!!!! Keep up the good work it is infectous and I think that every one should join a class and party the weight off. Thank you Aliana for all your hard work, patience and making the class such good fun!!!!!

  3. I have now attended two of your classes at South Wimbledon, never having done zumba before. I have really enjoyed them and felt the benefit of the exercise. I intend to continue coming to hyour delightful, welcoming classes.

    You ask for input about what people would like to see in the classes. For my part, although I realize there would not be time for this in the 45 minute classes, I would like to learn some basic moves in slow motion, to learn to do them correctly. As a result of Pilates training, I am aware that it is important to engage the right muscles in the right way in order to obtain the maximum benefit from exercise. I would really appreciate learning to do the actions involving pelvic movement in the optimum way for both aesthetic and health reasons.Personally, I would be glad to attend and pay for an extra sllow-motion teach-in on the zumba moves--I think this would really be of benefit.
    Thank you for great classes--I am really enjoying them!
